When I open an email and hit track in CRM it does track I then want to set
the regarding but the button does nothing. If I hit the down arrow/pick list
it displays one empty box below. It used to show my recent tracking and
regarding items.
Has anyone seen this before? how can I fix it?

CRM 4.0 Rollup 7
Windows XP
CRM Server running on Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2
Email router also on Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2
