Are you currently using MSSQL for any other applications in your
business? If so, and the users cross over between the other app and
CRM, and the databases will be on the same server, you will only need
to buy additional licenses for the additional users.
You can also purchase a per-processer license for MSSQL for the server
which includes unlimited SQL access licenses for your users or
devices.
As CRM runs through Internet explorer and Outlook, each of your users
would also need a Windows CAL in addition to MS Office license if you
are going to use the Outlook Client.
