Anyone know of a product/service that will synchronize QB 2010 (Canadian
version) with CRM Online?

TIA,
Len

Hi Len!

Define "synchronize" better, please... What do you want it to do?

Lon

Try Pervasive - they have a service that seems to do what you want =

Thank you, I've spoken with them, they aren't supporting QB 2010 just yet.
Apparently they've ordered their copy but as a developer there are some
extra hoops they have to jump through before Intuit will release it - at
least that's what I heard.

Hey Lon!

Define synchronize...
---
syn-chro-nize - verb

1. At a minimum, to cause contact data for customers in CRM to populate into
QuickBook's customer list
2. Additionally, to get some sales figures (total sales per customer for
current year, last year) back into CRM
3. As a bonus, have invoices be able to be created in CRM to be transferred
into QB for processing in the office
---

It sounds like the solution is coming, but not available yet. Pervasive's
software hasn't been updated for QuickBooks 2010 yet, that's looking like
the best bet right now. I've also considered using ACT! (the customer isn't
using any CM / CRM yet, just QB 2010), but the same problem exists there -
either the software isn't out yet or the Canadian version of QB is not
supported.

Thanks,
Len
