CRM 3.0 IE Password Prompt

Upgraded to 3.0 and all 2K machines can access CRM 3.0 fine; all XP machines
except for 2 cannot. testing different logins showed it is not a login issue.
CRM is a trusted site, there are no pop-up blockers, their group policy opens
all ports on authenticated machines, I've reinstalled MSXML 4.0 SP2...any
ideas?

The security prompt is teid to the IE security settings. Check to see if
that is set to always prompt.
