In the CRM Outlook client if you go into CRM >> Options >> On the Set
personal Options on the general tab >> Select which form to Use. In the
information that is associated to this area it says that you can use the CRM
form rather than the standard Outlook Appointment for example, just by
ticking the box.

So for example, if you have a few new attributes that you have added to the
Appointment form in CRM and you want your users to be able to see this form
when they open a new apointment in Outlook rather than the normal Outlook
form you just select the check box and then in this example when you open the
Appointment in Outlook it should open a CRM Appointment form. This does not
seem to work. What do you need to do to actiate this?

Thanks

Are you then creating the appointment by using the "New Activity"
button on the CRM toolbar, and then selecting appointment? I don't
believe that you will get the CRM form if you create an appointment
using the standard "New Appointment" button in Outlook
