"General Failure in Scheduling Engine" Ignore and Save or Cancel
CRM 3 Rollup 3
Windows 2003 Enterprise
SQL 2000 Enterprise
Thoughts on how to correct?
Hi Sean,
I found this MS support article for you: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/917010
Hope that helps, good luck!
Thanks for the response. I found that KB, but we have Rollup 3 applied to
our server. I found a hotfix from MS that I requested and applied it to our
server and after that the user with the issues was able to create the appts
without that scheduling engine error.
I had the same problem with CRM 3.0, applied the hotfix and everything
was fine. We have now upgraded to CRM 4.0 and we are getting the same
errors upon saving appointments (only some users with some contracts
in the regarding field).
If anyone could offer any ideas it would be appreciated greatly.
Thanks,
Sam
