It sounds like this question is specific to Outlook and not to CRM. I would
recommend posting the question on an Outlook newsgroup or searching MSDN
for the information that you have requested.
Thank you,
Kristen

Did you heared something about "CRM-Clients for Outlook"? If no please read
the implementiation Guide.
Am i here at wrong place or you?
After you read that guide you can see that CRM has an client part too.
Believe me, that's true. The clients part names "CRM-Clients for Outlook"

Very poor answer and that after 2 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, I have heard of the Microsoft CRM client for Microsoft Office Outlook
and I have read the Implementation Guide. However, the question that you
asked was, and I quote,
"> in Outlook i can import Customers or contact from an text-file.
> Is there an sample how is this Format?"
Outlook and the Microsoft CRM client for Microsoft Office Outlook are not
the same.
Please rephrase your question so that it relates directly to the Microsoft
CRM client for Microsoft Office Outlook. Include the exact folder that you
want to import into and where you expect to see the data after you perform
the import.
