Hi all,

in an environment running several XP clients with Outlook 2003 and the CRM
client for Outlook (mixed online & offline clients) we got the problem, that
after the CRM Outlook client is configured an working well, the user of this
client changed his active directory (ad) pswd, started Outlook, and got a
message like "The CRM client could not connect to the CRM server. The server
might be down."

The CRM URL is included in the trusted sites of ie. If the user enters the
CRM URL to ie he is directly authenticated and routet to the CRM application.

If we try to reconfigure the CRM Outlook client after changing the ad pswd
the CRM Configuration Assistant throws an error like "HTTP status 401:
Unauthorized."

Have anyone any idea what we can do to resolve the problem?!

Thanx in advance!!

Has anyone information about this RegKey "ClientAuthAllowPhysicalStore"?
Could it be, that the old user pswd is stored on the local client?
