Hi Matt,

the messages mean, that the inbox of the mailbox of the crm router could not
be opened...

I checked, that the router service is started with the crm user account and
that the crm router accoutn and the exchange server is the PrivGroup.

Thank you for your help.

Check the identify of the router service. This user must have rights tot he
mailbox, so typically needs to run as the local machine (the isntall does
this by default) or a user that has rights to the mailbox. If you are using
a domain admin account, they, by def in AD, do NOT have rights to other
peoples mailboxes.

Hi Matt,

I've checked these thinks already. I am using the right account, the right
mailbox and so on...

I've tested yesterday some thinks and I found out, that the problem is not
to get access to the mailbox as to get access to the inbox folder???
The error message is different to the message, I get, when I do not have
access to the mailbox. The error is that i can't get access to the inbox
folder.

What identity is the router service running under? If it is a domain user,
what roles does that user have in AD?

Hi Matt,

I've put the CRM Router User into every role I found, to test if there are
any right problems, but nothing changed.

If you have that user in the Domain Admins group, you will never be able to
acces another user mailbox. Domain Admins has an explict Revoke access
right in it.

Hi Matt,

you havethe rights, when you change security settings and give the admins
back the global right for send as and receive as. But I've opened a support
