Setting up arabic environment for MCMS

hi,
we have already launched a site in "english". now we need to launch the
site with arabic environment also. our web authoring console/ default
console will be in english only. put channel names in site
manager("display names") need to be in arabic.

one of the solutions i got to know is at the time of installation i.e.
1. setting the collation as "Arabic" while installing sql server. 2.
setting arabic as the default environmment for the windows.

Is there any other way to do as i require only the display name of
channels to be in arabic.

problem solved.
Missed out the channel properties in default console.
