Subject: CMS 2001 can't delete user
We are using MSCMS 2001 4.10.00.942 with all packs and patches installed.

We have one Web Author user who married some months ago, so she had her
network login changed to her married name.  She had been set up in author,
editor, and moderator groups under her maiden name login.

We removed her maiden name user id, and added her new married name login.
For some odd reason, CMS keeps restoring the old user id, and losing the
added new one!

-- our Ministry of User Accounts swears that there is nothing unusual about
her new network login, and that the old has been purged.
-- there are no objects in the database owned by her old user id.

Any ideas?

Thanks much,
John

Hi John,

you should open a support case for this.

Cheers,
Stefan
