Hi,

I cannot open the sitemanager and my site,

the error I receive is the following:

Error: 2004
Description: The MCMS System Account username or password
is incorrect.
Please correct this via the SCA. See the Application
Event Log for details.
Severity: 5

Have you checked the event log - what was the entry?

Also, can your system account password expire?

Hi Carlos,

have you seen the error text in detail?
The account username or password seems to be incorrect.

Please adjust this in the SCA.

Also check if the password is expired.
