VS 2005 - MCMS template explorer can't be found

Hi,

I've created CMS enabled web site ( location specified as http:/ / ) in VS
2005. But I can't view CMS template explorer.Any idea what's missing ?
The same development PC has VS 2003 and I can see template explorer in
it.CMS version is 2002 SP2.
I've checked Regional settings, it's already US English.

Any help appreciated.

Found solution to the problem.The VS .net project was not placed under
default web ( c:\inetpub\wwwroot\ ), after moving it there am able to see CMS
template explorer.

I also noticed that subsequently if I open the website from different
location ( not default web ) I can still see CMS explorer in the VS .net.Is
this a known behaviour ?
