Have currently discovered a problem that Clip Art has when
you have both Office 2000 and MS Publisher (98) installed.
when getting clip art images from the Design Gallery on
the Web, it will presumably download the file, but is not
registered in clip art, and does not even launch the
window which displays the downloaded clip art.
We isolated the problem to the MS Publisher/Office 2000
combination, and the removal of MS Publisher fixed the
problem. Previous attempts such as re-installing Office
core Components and forcing the re-installation of Clip
Art did not work.
Does anyone else have an idea as to how to fix the problem
without having to remove Publisher. Or is MS Publisher 98
and Office 2000 a bad combination?
