Simulation samples on CD do not work

Have the 4 book set for MCSA/MCSE 2003 from MS Press.
The CD that come with the set, has some simulations on it.
Pg 4-28 of the 70-291 book refers to them.

Question: Has anyone been able to get these to work?
File to install "lcsim" will not install?
Any help would be appreciated.
