Hi Amit,
There are couple of options.
1. use an expression shape to accumulate the XML as string and assign to
XMLDocument and then to your message.
2. Else use a Map in a loop.

All the processes mesages are purged by SQL agent JOBS. Those are
configurable for how long each message should be kept in the message box.

If you keep messages for 3 years your BTS performance is going to degrade.

Hi,
Reading a file as a string is not as easy as the question implies - e. g.
you have to know which encoding is base of the file (latin1, ...?) etc.
So, a passthrough pipeline basically does nothing and thus handles the file
as a binary blob.
What exactly do you want to achieve?

I have an orchestration I want to use over all my BizTalk applications to

Please note the following: an XLangMessage consists of one or more
XLangParts - the latter one can be used to assign a XmlDocument to. You may
access the individual parts through indexing, e. g. list[0] .
