Has anyone had any experience with receiving and processing an email.
What is involved in setting this up ?

While there is no built-in SMTP receive function, I believe there is an
example of how you could build something like it in the SDK. If I remember
correctly, I think you end up writing an event sink for Exchange and then
submitting to BizTalk from there.
