BizTalk Server 2009 admin console not refreshing

I've installed BizTalk Server 2009 Enterprise Edition on Windows
Server 2008 and am accessing same via Remote Desktop.

When I make changes to my BizTalk group via the BizTalk admin mmc,
like adding hosts or host instances the changes do NOT appear in my
console, even if I tell the console to refresh. I've only been able
to see my changes by exiting the console and starting it back up. For
some reason, the refresh is not working.
Anybody else having this same problem? Is there a fix or something for
this?

This problem disappeared once I turned off hyperthreading on my
BizTalk and SQL Server machines.
