I have a simple question. But let me first explain the situation.
We are using BizTalk to connect to Oracle 10g. BizTalk needs to access
to Oracle Advanced Queuing, since the adapter cannot connect to the
OAQ, then we need to use Oracle SQL functions. The link :
http://blogs.msdn.com/adapters/archive/2009/05/25/using-oracle-database-or-oracle-ebs-adapter-for-oracle-aq-advanced-queuing.aspx
explains very well what we need to do.
However, does anyone know what is the last step, that is what is it
that we need to put in the polling statment to get the result working
from oracle?
What I tried is :
- call exec myFunction -> error is, the polling statement accepts
only SELECT
- Define a Schema by using visual Studio and the adapter, the
function does not take any argument (because it reads only what is in
the queue if there is anything). So what do we need to specify in the
polling statement?
- When the adapter consumes one message, how do we tell him that
there are more messages to consume ?
I would really appreciate if someone already worked on this and could
drop me an explanation, I'm lost with this!

Stefan
