Administration Console CLSID_BizTalkPropertyBagFactory error.

Hi all.
I have BizTalk 2006 R2 and when I hit the F5 key on the Group Overview in
the Administration Console, I get the following message...
Failed to create a CLSID_BizTalkPropertyBagFactory COM component installed
with a BizTalk server. A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine
failed. (WinMgmt)
Anybody seen this before or have any idea how to fix it?

Yes. It was working fine until about a month ago. I didn't worry too much as
it was just the Group Overview but now I need to change the hosts on the
adapters and I'm getting the same error there.

The run-time part is working just fine. It is only the Administartion
Console that is giving me the error.

Go to Windows Services and restart "Windows Management Instrumentation"
service. It should be fine after that.

Restarting WMI does indeed solve the problem. However, for us it comes back
every few days. Do we Know what might be the cause - i saw at some places
that Operations Manager 2007 could be. Is that a possibility?
