Changing where Users Shared Folders are automatically created

Hi guys

I have a new SBS 2003 server but unfortunately it was set up for newly
created users to have their user folder automatically created in "c:\users
shared folders". However when a new user is created I want there user folder
to be automatically created on D Drive.

I have read LOTS of information on how to move User folders etc etc ad
nauseum, (including

but I cannot for the life of me find anything to change the setting I
require to change. I do not want to have to go in and change the setting each
and everytime a new user is created
