I'm not exactly sure how you delete/recreate the offline address book
either. You could research it at support.microsoft.com, which of course would be the right way to do it. Or, you could go to C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook and delete all the files ending in ".oab" to the recycle bin and see what happens. I'd guess (and I really am guessing) that the offline address book files will be recreated when you start Outlook.
