I'm not exactly sure how you delete/recreate the offline address book
either.  You could research it at support.microsoft.com, which of course
would be the right way to do it.  Or, you could go to C:\Documents and
Settings\<user>\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook and delete
all the files ending in ".oab" to the recycle bin and see what happens.  I'd
guess (and I really am guessing) that the offline address book files will be
recreated when you start Outlook.  Theoretically you could always restore
the files from the recycle bin if you run into a problem.
