SBS2003 and Remote workplace

I am having trouble with SBS2003 and remote workplace when I try and connect
to a remote XP workstation.

If I use Remote Desktop from Applications | Communications I have no problem
connecting but when I do this from \\server\remote I simply get a blank
workspace.
If I connect using administrator login I get intermittent connection but
basically it tells me more often than no that the remote machine is busy.
Any suggestions ?

To TS through the RWW into the internal XP machine, please make sure TCP
4125 is open.
