I was wondering if Windows Small Business Server 2008 can act as a Domain
Controller as well as Exchange Server (built in). I am considering using Win
SBS for a small office and don't want to have to deploy multiple servers.
Your help is appreciated.

SBS 2008 is and must be the first server at the root of the Active Directory Forest/Domain and must hold all FSMO roles
Exchange 2007 is included.

As Cris said, yes this is how SBS was designed. However, make sure you use
the "Wizards" to setup and manage the SBS server. Doing things "manually"
in SBS can cause the server to become unhappy and, at times, angry. :-)
