Hi All

Can a STD install of SBS 2008 happily run in a 2003 SBS DC.

Thanks

You can do a Migration install of the SBS 2008 into a SBS 2003 enviroment and they can co-exist for 21 days, then the SBS 2003 server must go away

No, your SBS 2008 and SBS 2003 can only co-exist for 21 days for the migration.  After 21 days, your SBS 2003 server will shut down every hour.
