As you can see, at a particular time, the backup tells me that the MEDIA
FAILED TO MOUNT.
I have downloaded another backup programme and ran this ( without backing up
the exchange) and it has completed successfully. I am using a dat 72 tape
drive.
and backing out 8.24 GB C:\ 38.39 GB D:
Exchange store = Priv1 = 7.8 GB.
Can you explain why this is happening? the software i have downloaded at the
minute is backup assist ( running on an eval copy).
I am having this same problem on a few servers. 3 have Travan 40 drives and
1 is using the Dat72 drive you are having trouble with. I'm just using
NTBackup through the management console. Have you found any solutions yet?
Thanks,
Ryan
