I cannot find the Reservation type (Accept back, No back, Ship complete) in
Customer master and AR parameters. Where is it located?

There is no reservation type - are you after funtionality you believe should
be there? There is a reserve ordered items, allowing you to reserve from a
sales order an inbound purchase order etc, but that is all.
