Urgent Help Required - Indian Localization on US server

Hi,

We have to implement Ax for a company which is in 2 different
countries. (USA and India)

1. Is it possible in single installation?
2. Each company must be in their localization. (Taxes and etc.,) They
are having intercompany transations and on-line consolidation also.
3. Can we have Two localizations in a single database/installaion? How can
it be achived? Any documentaion will be of great help ?

HI

The new India localisation was delivered on AX4.0SP2. This is on its own
GLS layer and can be implemented with a US company on the SYS layer or any
other country on the SYS layer. Dynamics 2009SP1 consolidated GLS layer was
released on 2 Feb 2009. The consolidated GLS layer contain the India, China
and Japan localisations. All three country localisation can be implemented
with a US company on SYS or any other country localisation on the sys layer.
