Data Upgrade From 3.0 To Ax2009

Hi All
Is there anybody who has tried the DB upgrade from Ax3.0 spx to Ax2009???
The presynchronisaation and similar buttons are not activated untill the
current time zone is selected. But the table do not exist in the Database at
this time so how to resolve this problem

The current time zone that is presented is used as the base time zone for
timezone upgrade. The selection is persisted in a
table(DEL_SysUpgradeBaseTimeZone) that should be created on startup. The
script to create the table is added to the application
class(syncApplTables). Can you check if this script got executed and table
got created?
