Account Balances

Hi

I am busy planning to convert our business to AX5.0 and have been looking at
the 4.0 VPC. I just cannot seem to find a table that holds each account
balance for each accounting period. An accounting period in our case is a
month.

Am I missing something.?

Balance for each account is calculated on the fly from
LedgerBalancesTrans and LedgerBalancesDimTrans tables. Class
LedgerCreatePeriodBalances is used to calculate balances.
You can view them from Chart of accounts\Period balances.

Thanks for your reply. I have managed to get this right now. I used the
LedgerBalancesDim view and joined this to LedgerPeriod in order to get the
balances by company/account/dim/period.
