because of reason that the must installations of Dynamics AX has some
modification or customization on it i think you have to build such a guide
yourself.
You can see all the table definitions like fields, relations and so on when
you open the aot inside of Dynamics AX.You also have the option to create a
visio sheet to visualise theses informations.
Because not all table definitions are stored inside the database (like table
relations) you are not able to get these infromations directly form the
database and you have to take a look into the aot.
