How do I know if an independent contractor has been 1099 reported?

California has a requirement for mid year 1099 reporting if the contractor
has earned more than $600 YTD.

I need to know if a particular contractor has already been reported this
year. I'm assuming that the VendTable has that information but what column?
Is it Tax1099Reports?
