Ax32.exe crashes

Hi all

im running ax3.0 SP4 on windows server 2003 R2 32 bit and citrix ps 4.5
my users are expericing application fault and I can se these two errors in
the servers event log:

event 1000:
Faulting application ax32.exe, version 3.0.1951.4060, stamp 41dbb317,
faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, stamp 00000000, debug? 0, fault
address 0x00000000.

and:

Bucket 171287609, bucket table 1, faulting application ax32.exe, version
3.0.1951.4060, stamp 41dbb317, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0,
stamp 00000000, debug? 0, fault address 0x00000000.

Is there some guide how to install ax3.0 on a citrix server, im thinking off
best practice or some additional settings there has to be done or do I just
have to live with this error??

Hi Jesper

I don't know about Citrix, but I suggest to check following:
- Can you start a Client without Citrix without errors?
- Are you sure the Client configuration is valid?

Yes I can start the client from a pc and it also crasches there.
Yes the client configuration i valid

I have a suspession that its faulty code but do not know to to verify this

any other ideas?

Hi Jesper,

I'm getting a similar problem when trying to stop code execution to debug,
though just in a development environment. I'm also using Citrix, Program
Neighborhood Agent 10.200.2650 currently. Oddly enough, if I use a Remote
Desktop session to connect to our test server and run the client locally from
there, I can debug things just fine. I'm starting to think it might be a
problem with Citrix.
