Dear all,

I'm importing fixed assets transactions into AX 2009 SP1 from AX Excel
templates but Microsoft changed fixed asset tables structure comparing with
version AX 4.0.

I used to prepare the assets transactions templates to the following tables:

AssetTrans, AssetTransMerge, AssetBook, AssetBookMerge.

Microsoft changed "AssetTransMerge" from table to view.

Which tables I should select to import the assets transactions (acquisition
and depreciation) to get the correct asset transactions and balance in AX
2009?

Hi Hans,

I have a doubt here, when i am trying to import using the tables 1.Ledger journal table 2. Ledger journal trans 3. Ledger journal trans_Asset. even though the transactions are getting imported , i am unable to view it from the application but the details are imported in tables.

How to link second and third tables ie ledger journal trans and ledger journal trans_Asset ? Is there any common field between two tables ? What will be the reference between both tables ..

If you have encountered the same , please let me know how you solved

Its urgent , awaiting for your reply i remain.

Regards
Barath
