AX2009 Expense management: No Employee transactions?

The new Expense Management in AX2009 is very useful, but unless an Expense
transaction is posted to Project there is no direct Expense transaction
enquiry from the Employee: this appears to be a shortcoming.

Hi Roger,
Could you please let us know how you want this to look like and what is the
purpose? We can look into building that functionality.
Currently, we have X++ reports available that you can filter to get expenses
for any employee.
