Question About Windows Vista

Can someone help me?I just purchased a new Laptop and the program is Windows
Vista.I have a problem trying to list my contacts on the left hand side of
my windows mail,,I know outlook express I could,maybe Windows Vista I can't
do this action.MMmmm can I download outlook express mail like I have with
windows xp?To whom ever helps me with this problem I thank-you in
advance,,have a great day....
