when i open some page in the web site it cant open they write
forbidden
you dont have permission to access/vb on this server.
additionally, a 404 not found error was encountered while trying to use on
error document to handle request.

hey this is from along time ago but if any one else opens this up because
they are having the same issue just go to the internet options and under
the connections tab and click on the LAN settings and make sure there are no
proxy settings listed in there. onece you have done thatclick ok then click
apply then ok in the internet options window. close out of internet explorer
and go back into it. should work then.if not check your firewall settings.and
there you have it :).
