I am learning project and am hoping someone will take pity and answer what I
think are simple questions.
1) does anyone know of a source for reasonably inexpensive but rapid answers
to "new user" type questions. I am willing to pay.
2) I have multiple project files referencing a single resource file. In the
resource file I can see an overallocation. I split the pain and I see the
tasks and can generally see the problem. What I do not see is the project
file name that tells me where it is so I have to manually search multiple
files to find what needs to be fixed. Is there a way to either show the
project in the resource usage pane or, better, to jump to the project and
line from the resource usage pain
Thanks
Charlie

MSDN Managed Newsgroup support offering is for non-urgent issues where an
initial response from the community or a Microsoft Support Engineer within
2 business day is acceptable. Please note that each follow up response may
take approximately 2 business days as the support professional working with
you may need further investigation to reach the most efficient resolution.
The offering is not appropriate for situations that require urgent,
real-time or phone-based interactions. Issues of this nature are best
handled working with a dedicated Microsoft Support Engineer by contacting
Microsoft Customer Support Services (CSS) at
