Trying to set Registry permissions via Group Policy for local(Buit-in)
users/groups on computesr. The GPMC interface seems to only allow registry
permissions to be set for domain based users and groups.

Howdie!
Built-in groups can be used when you specify the local SID of the groups
in the window.
