Are you asking us to do your homework for you?

Have you tried looking for any of these answers in the help file?

Question 1 depends on which wizard you run.

Question 2 depends on which version you are using. Go look and see which
wizards are out there.

3) autonumber is one way

4) Ummmmm- make it a date field?
