I have an MS Access2000 DB split into FE BE and am only syncing the back
end. This has been working fine for some months. In the last few days the
syncronisation fails half way through with the error message: The field is
too small to accept the amount of data you are attempting to add.
No changes have been made to the structure of the database since it last
worked.

Generally speaking, this error indicates corruption in a particular row in a
memo column.
