Subject: Need to get Database Window visible again...
I created a switchbox for my database, and set the "startup" options to show
the switchboard.  I unchecked most of the options to view toolbars and menus
at the top of the Access window.

Now, I need to get back to the Database window to add some features and make
some changes, but the "tools" menu is not available.

How can I get it back???

Either...
Press F11 while the database is open
or....
Hold down the shift key when you open the database.

Thanks, Fred.  I now have access to the window.

Taking it a step further, how do I get access to the "tools -> startup" menu
back so I can make changes to the visibility of the menus again?

After doing what Fred sugested right-click on the menue area at the top and
you should see a list of toolbars. Select "Menu Bar".

If Menu Bard is not on the list hen select "Customize" and set a check next
to the "Menu Bar" in the Customize dialog.
