Access 2003 sp3 problem with subforms

I have a serious issue with my Access ADP database that is connected to a SQL
2k backend after upgrading to office SP3.

A subform that uses a view to insert new records isn't allowing new records
to be inserted. I can modify any existing records but if I try to add a new
record I either get the following error or it just won't let me type in any
fields.

"Microsoft Office Access can't find the object 'SHAPE(SHAPE RS_1694 AS
reLevel0 COMPUTE rsLevel0, Sum(rsLevel0.[record]) AS C0) AS RS_1791." It
then goes on to say "You tried to open a linked table, but the file
containing the table isn't on the path you specified."

The only change made was the update to SP3. Testing the database on a
machine that is still SP2 the form works perfectly. This has seriously
broken my database and we were forced to roll back to SP2.

Microsoft is aware of this bug that has been introduced by Office 2003 SP3.
The word that I've been given by Microsoft is that it is working on a patch
for this and other SP3 bugs. In the meantime, the recommendation is that you
roll back to SP2 -- which will require uninstalling Office 2003,
reinstalling it, and then updating it to SP2 using this site:
