I have to install my database in several computers. How come some have the
"PDF or XPS" command (External Data tab, Export section) enabled and some
don't? Is it the way Access was installed, i.e., Complete vs Typiical install
method? Is the download "SaveAsPDFandXPS.exe" going to solve this issue if
installed on the PCs that do not have the command enabled?
Thanks in advance.

I'm pretty sure that the SaveAsPDFandXPS.exe download is the only way to
install this. Unless things have changed recently, no version of Office comes
with it.

In a nutshell, install SaveAsPDFandXPS.exe to fix the problem.
