after connecting microdia 3.0 webcam this is getting as dmesg content.

but using webcam,xawtv it is not working properly even no image is
getting displayed,captured it's blank.

so which driver and application has to be used for this webcam??

Check out "libv4l".

A very easy test is this:
$ export LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/libv4l/v4l2convert.so
$ <execute an video app you like>

If it works now read the libv4l README on how to fix it permanently.
