OT: Job Opening: Web Developer with django experience

AnnArbor.com/Mlive Media Group is looking for a web developer to work
on building the next generation of local news site. We're looking for
a talented individual who can quickly take ideas -- from others, as
well as your own -- and implement them in code. AnnArbor.com launched
in 2009 and is the number 1 ranked local news site in the country.
You'll be working on adding new functionality to the site, as well as
maintaining existing code. In addition to AnnArbor.com, there will
also be projects on our sister statewide site, mlive.com.

Qualifications & Skills:

-- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript.
-- Experience with content management systems, web frameworks and
APIs.
-- A passion for user-focused design approaches on the front or back
ends.
-- Ability to create clean and reusable code.

Huge Pluses

-- Experience with the Django framework and python.
-- Movable Type experience.
-- Familiarity with MySQL, Apache, Varnish, Memcache, Puppet, cloud
computing, Capistrano, Omniture, Ad Serving or App Development
-- Experience with agile principles, traditional project management,
test-driven development, user support or customer service,
-- Journalism or advertising experience.
