See:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conway's_Game_of_Life
for the rules of the Game of Life.

We will write code than complies with the rules,
and then investigate various ways of displaying the game,
using different Python UI frameworks.

Hello,

Sorry to spam everyone with such a basic question, but can someone tell me
where and at what time today's meeting is?  I am new.

Is it this month as it was described in a post earlier this year: "7pm at
SRT - 206 S. 5th Street"?

Thanks for the help.

This Thursday, May 3, we will create a Game of Life display (animation)
using some UI framework.

(MichiPUG meets monthly at 7pm, first Thursdays at SRT - corner of
Washington and  Fifth in Ann Arbor)

Yes, but at michipug.wordpress.com there's only the blanket statement
" We meet every month on the first Thursday (This month is March 1)
at SRT - 206 S. 5th Street - upstairs from the Linux Box"

I expect to appear anyway.
