Subject: MIAPA through the MIBBI mill

Hi,

Sorry for not getting back to you last night Jim. Anyway I believe this
zip fits the bill:
http://mibbi.sourceforge.net/foundry/temp/MIAPA_through_MIBBI.zip

All the content is doable via MIBBI stuff in a short amount of time
(like minutes). There's another version of Pedro that I use to edit the
XML behind it all (not sent -- happy to though). Please send this on as
much as you like.

So, we have MIAPA in:

ISAcreator (find and run isacreator.jar)
Pedro (find and run run_pedro.bat)

HTML table and list
Mediawiki table and list
tab-del (and a quickly-formatted xls of that)
XML
XSD

That's everything I can do for MIAPA. Within the wider context there is
more to discuss (note, for example, that I have reused some MIBBI
modules -- visible as hyperlinks to their foundry pages in this old
slightly broken version
http://wwwdev.ebi.ac.uk/micheckout/checkout/html?output-type=view_as_html_table&accessions=MIAPA)

Speak anon. Do please let me know when you'd like me around on Skype. I
have a couple of things to do over the evening, but will be around 90%.

Cheers, Chris.

Hi Chris,

Do you have a nice on-line demo for your isa tool? I would like to play
with it tonight.
