PERMANENT Java opportunity in Miami at Baptist hospital in the Doral
Data Center.

Our client a large health care organization in South Florida is in
search of a J2EE developer who is interested in a great permanent
opportunity with a great company in South Florida.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in Java and have experience
debugging code.

experience with JSP technologies is required.

Advanced knowledge of core web communication protocols such as HTML, XML
and CSS is required.

Intermediate knowledge of operating systems and fundamental network
technologies is required.

RDBMS (MS SQL Server or Oracle) development experience is required.
Exposure to WebLogic and/or Documentum is a plus.

Must be self motivated with the ability to learn new concepts and job
requirements quickly.

Must be able to multi-task.

Candidate will need to work with clients at all levels of the
organization. Candidate must be able to take direction from senior staff
and contribute to development projects as required.

Candidate should have project management skills and the ability to lead
a small team of developers on small projects.

Ability to mentor junior staff and lead various projects regardless of
complexity.

Experience with application architecture is a plus.

Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.

Must be able to work as part of a team and possess excellent written and
verbal communication skills.

BS/BA degree and a minimum 3 Years, or equivalent combination,
experience in application development with at least 2 years of web
application development.
