Developer/Engineer Team Member
o Build software solutions
that link business with their end consumers, sales channels or
employees, providing tools and measures for performance improvement.
o Work on solutions,
including consumer loyalty programs, channel incentive programs and
employee motivation programs.
o Responsible for the development and integration of a global incentive platform.
o Work independently and/or
within a team to develop time critical software at highest level of
customer satisfaction
Developer/Engineer Team Leader
o On top of working closely
in developing the products and solutions as a team member, these
selected individuals will also be in charge of leading their groups.
o Plan and design solutions
as well as being dedicated to the execution and reviewing of progress
while supporting their team members.
o Provide assistance to
assignment of resources and validation of work completed amongst the
members of your group.
Requirements
Technical must-have requirements:
o Computer Science (or
equivalent) degree from an accredited institution and related field
experience
o 4+ years Java Programming experience
o 4+ years of app/web programming experience
o 3+ years HTML experience
o 2+ years SQL experience with strong understanding or relational database concepts
o 2+ years XML Web Services understanding
o Must be familiar with XML, SOAP, JSP, Servlets, Ant, Windows 2000/XP
Technical plus:
o 1+ year JavaScript experience DHTML, CSS, SML experience a strong plus
o 3+ years application design analysis
o Experience with Open source tools (JBOSS, Tomcat, JUnit, ANT, Velocity, etc).
o Unix Shell Scripting
Non-technical requirements:
o Excellent English skills
(oral, written and verbal), fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a
plus
o Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in small team environments
o Strong coding and problem solving skills
o Strong dedication to
maintaining high customer service and quality controls levels while
meeting project deadlines
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills
o Flexibility and adaptability to evolving organization.
